Raffle

We are excited to introduce a new format for this year’s National Specialty raffle fundraising! The Kick off for the campaign as the first themed basket registry goes live soon, officially starting our weekly series leading up to Nationals!

Instead of a single large registry, we will be running a 20-week rolling basket campaign through an Amazon registry. Each week will feature one curated themed basket, built collectively by our members.

Raffle Entry Policy (Please Read Carefully)

• Participants will purchase items through the Amazon registry.
• All items are shipped directly to the Raffle Chair.
• These donated items will be assembled into completed themed baskets.
• The final completed baskets will then be raffled off at the National Specialty.
• Raffle entries will be issued at a rate of 1 ticket per $1 of verified purchase total.
• Shipping and taxes are excluded from ticket calculations where applicable.
• Purchase totals will be tracked and recorded weekly as items are received and confirmed.

How it Works

Each week a new themed basket registry will be launched and advertised on the club’s Facebook page. The Amazon link will be shared with the membership. Updates will be posted as items are purchased. The completed basket will be revealed at the end of the week. We will then move on to the next themed basket.

Campaign Overview

This structure allows members to participate at any level while helping us build cohesive, high-quality themed baskets throughout the season. It also keeps engagement active and exciting, leading up to Nationals. The campaign will conclude with a signature Grand Finale Basket to close out the series. We sincerely appreciate every donation, share, and contribution. Your support directly helps make our National Specialty raffle a success.
